About the Artist
Haley Burns was born in Pen Argyl, Pennsylvania. She received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Seton Hill University, with majors in Fine Art-2D and Art History, and earned her MFA from the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts.
